We have a few more concerts coming up this month where they will be available. Also if you just can't wait you can click the "store" tab and buy it online. But you'll still have to wait for the mail i guess... ha ha. It's a great CD though.

I've been a fan of Outspoken for about 4 years now (even though I live in green and yellow territory), and once again you were my hands down favorite at ICCA. I LOVED your arrangement/performance of Shining Star, which I heard Earth Wind and Fire do in concert in the 70's. You definitely did the song justice, and both the vocal and "instrumental" parts were amazing. I knew what song it was almost immediately from the very first notes. I really hope you'll get to record it sometime! I also wish you and OTR would put on another Civil War concert like you did at the Shedd a couple of years ago. My friends and I still talk about what an amazing night that was.

I'd just like to say that hearing you guys perform has broadened my musical library and I'm kinda picky so props to ya!

You guys should appear and compete on the new tv show The Sing Off! You are so much better!

A group of us did actually audition to be on the Sing Off. We made it all the way to the top 9 groups, but they only wanted 8 for the show. You can bet we're doing it again next time, though!

Are you guys coming out with a new c.d. anytime soon? And if so, will Life is a highway be on there?

The next CD has been fully recorded but has not yet been fully mixed/mastered and a final release date is not yet known. Hopefully sometime during Winter term.....

Last Fall I heard your group sing shooting star at PLU and I absolutely loved it! I would really like to get a recording of your group singing that. Is it possible? It's so much better than the original.

Shooting Stars is recorded and will be on our next CD, which will be out as soon as we can pay for it. Donations?

I don't know if it's even a possibility, but I would like to suggest a song for your group to learn. The song is "It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday" by Boys 2 Men. I think it would be perfect.

...a song from the late 80's called "Make Me Lose Control" by Eric Carmen? I just heard it again for the first time in 10 years and I can't believe there isn't a single a cappella version of it. Take a listen, you can identify 4 ready-made vocal lines, a calypso back beat that would be perfect for VP, the perfect hook for the bass man, it really has everything. Even the full hook, "take me over the edge, make me lose control" could engender some funny choreography. I'm telling you, this is a ready-made show stealer.
